Brittany Howland, MA, LPCC
Brittany is a client-centered psychotherapist serving children, adolescents and adults. She promotes whole-person wellness, collaborative goal setting, parenting and developmental support for individuals and families. Her clinical work has provided diverse experiences, supporting those with socioeconomic challenges, at risk youth, chemical dependency rehabilitation programs, and families in reunification programs.
Brittany uses compassion to build genuine therapeutic relationships and create a safe environment to explore barriers to growth. She is passionate about trauma therapy, attachment theory, and client-centered facilitation. She has a great appreciation for family systems theory, play therapy, and parent education and finds each approach has its value in fostering change.
